I was caught up in this story from the beginning, as I wondered why a doctor would speak to a nurse so endearingly. I was glad to read that the feelings were mutual and he wasn't just being a predator!

One thing I was wondering about is the term "indoor files." I have never heard that term before, and I don't think we use it in the U.S. We would say "patient files." The reason I ask is because if you use a translation tool, it might have replaced a word with something that isn't quite right for the context.
