Once a week, I'm going to cook a dish from some international cuisine. I want to re-invigorate my joy of cooking and eating wonderful, flavorful food. It's so easy to get in a rut! The first dish turned out really well. It was a middle eastern dish called Mujaddara. Next week will be a Tuscan bean soup with smoked paprika. I need to get this going as a weekly Hive post!
