Your story has the feel of an old folktale, @pjpavan. It reminded me of some of the Grimm's Fairytales, which always seem to have something scary happen followed by a resolution, like Hansel and Gretel.

It sounds like coffee roasting is keeping you super busy, @c0ff33a! I am not the best at sleeping either. I have had to set up a full regimen around sleeping better. Sadly, it involves not drinking coffee
