Angel is an indoor/outdoor cat, and she used to be much more of a traveler. But now in her golden years, she stays pretty close to home. On a nice day like today, I can usually find her in the backyard, on the back deck, in the front yard or on the front porch. Those are her favorite places. But she moves around, too. So if I want my caturday pictures, I have to think like a cat and prowl.
At one point, while I was loading things into the car for donation, I even discovered her climbing around inside the car!
Later, I relaxed on the front porch with a glass of wine. She decided to come around and see if it was any fun looking out at the view.
She approved. And then she was my constant companion!
At some point she decided she wanted to be up on my lap.
So I patted my lap, and she jumped up.
I love this kitty. She is a little bit wild, and yet domesticated and loving too. She comes in each evening for dinner, and loves being around people.
