I am home from vacation now, but my week in San Diego still warms my heart. I’m going to share some of my best sunset shots from the trip for #sublimesunday, hosted by 
This first one is of a sand castle, perfectly positioned in line with the setting sun.
This next one is of a person walking by the glowing horizon just after sunset. I love how it appears that there are paintbrush marks in the sky.
In this one, the breakers were rolling in rather chaotically, and I love how it looks like the sleepy setting sun is trying to light their way.
In the next one, a surfer catches the last wave by the last light of day.
And finally, one of my daughter right after we arrived, just putting her feet in the sand for the first time on the trip!
