In case you haven’t heard of Tree Tuesday, this will be your intro. This is a weekly challenge run by @old-guy-photos. It’s a lot of fun and has a loyal following! I have not participated much through the coldest months in MN, but the trees are all leafing out now, and it’s just lovely!
Here are a few scenes from my trip to my favorite park with Zoey today. She gets to run off leash there and we have so much fun. It is a wild and wonderful place.
Here were some teensy fern fronds.
There were also some fallen trees, partially blocking the path.
And finally, my favorite pic of the day was Zoey giving chase to some deer with some people looking on from a lower path. Even though I don't have a fast enough camera, you can see the brown blur of the doe and the black blur of my dog, and in between the two people looking on to see what was crashing through the woods. It was a lot of commotion! They probably feared Sasquatch!
At the end of the day, we celebrated Cinco de Mayo with homemade soft tacos with all kind of fresh veggies and cheese. It was so yummy. Hope you had a great one too! Thanks for visiting my blog.
