Both Venus & Jupiter were higher up in the sky than I anticipated for this time of night. To the eye, Venus had an orange/white tint to it tonight. It's also a pleasant surprise that those hefty clouds we had all day finally departed to allow these wandering stars a look-see.
A few pictures included to show more of the true color of the sky as the video always comes out darker. Procyon, Castor & Pollux, and Arcturus also make an appearance in the stills.
