Today i will be writing on the second (2) newbies initiative task given which was published some days back by 
how it has really been helpful
It has been roughly a year since i join hive. the journey has really been interestingso far, i can vividly remember how i forced in here back then. i never new hive is as unique,amazing and special until i embark on it.
my life style, my way of thinking everything about my life has really changed since i because an hive member. most times i come on hive to get information to know about things going on in life. have meet alot of creative minded people in here which have really gain alot from them so much.
I will love to define hive in my own way.Hive is a working community which unite all hive members together,to my own personal view this communities as also been the backbone of hive.
On hive, have meet alot of friends which there post motivate me of rewriting what they dropped on any community like 
After some month on hive and consistentlyb i try creating post every blessed day to the best of my ability and knowledge,i have been able to access myself which help to grow everyday with the help of mods which are so useful for me.
Plagiarism is what most of us should know,it helps to mentain quality reputation,it actually a good thing and i think it actually the best ideal.
like i said earlier there are lot of goodies on hive and you can achieve as much as you can if you want to depending on your effort and strategy.alot of people are lazy in creating their post they go around and steal someone else sweat and they claim the glory.
It is sad seeing people committing this evil act of plagiarization.i will love to say this what you create your self will be far better than what you stole from someone to claim the glory, funny enough what some Even stolen they can't back it up with evidence.
in case of vote begging,most times vote begging is around when you see somebody's work which has low quality compared to yours with high quality.for instance a newbie can creat a post with lot of amazing images and get a massive reward while someone else can put more effort without even getting half of the reward the newbies gained.
Talking about vote begging,it might probably not clear to some of us in the sense that, posting link to post and begging people to check your post is indirect telling them to support your post.the only reason you can beg for vote is when you low quality post.
A better way of getting post is building your reputation e:g, commenting and engagement activities.it Foster your vote.
Recycling post is actually forbidden on hive, which can actually get you muted on hive,cause posting what someone else has posted and adding suffix and prefix to it.
if you are out of idea,reachout to other authors post text run different post surely idea of writing will come be unique, have something in you that will make you different from other author.
This post is really helpful for me,if we can have various kinds of markdown,trust me we won't vote beg anyone again cause it will be interesting to read.
