Obviously you are right when you said hardwork is better than just having a talent,when you have a natural gift or a talent then you have to work hard to take your talent to another level,if you are good at dancing but you do not go for dance practice all you do is just on your couch the whole day ,you might just lose the talent and it wouldn't be of any benefit to you.
