Unfortunately that is the problem with many new apps that could be usable, but once you read those user agreements, its like Na you ain"t having access to that.

It's invasive and they rely on the fact that most people won't spend the time reading the agreements.

Most of the time they fill them with so much legal jargon they might aswell have been written in Klingon Lol.

I much prefer the older apps that you just bought and uploaded and that was it, you get what you pay for, no restrictions, no hidden costs and no giving up access to your data
