True that, and then MSN "upgraded" several times in the mid 2000s, each time getting worse and less functional, until finally Skype was released, and then MSN was discontinued in favour of Skype. When I read the user agreement for Skype, I said forget it. They basically got you to sign over the rights to your hard drive contents. Stupid bullshit. I want Powwow back!
