In many real life examples, people who are really tall do not see much difference in the heartbeat from a person who is actually short. Perhaps the tall individual pumps really more blood on each stroke, but it doesn't actually happen faster at heartbeats.
Therefore, we can conclude that taller individuals don't really have a slower or faster heart rate, and also apply to shorter individuals. Height does not actually affect heart rate.
Now it is a known fact that a person is tall, more body will really have to pump blood from the same body. Good heart rate also actually looks different in real different animal types really different sizes.
However, please note that heart rate does not really mean anything as long as there is enough blood to be pumped per shot.
