Bitcoin is going through many fuds at the moment in which fud from India is the major one.
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued a statement today in which they ordered all the individuals, companies and businesses indulged in dealing of cryptocurrencies to stop the activities. They also ordered all the banks to stop all the activities related to virtual currencies besides no bank is involved in any kind of crypto dealings.
This does not mean bitcoin is banned in India or any other cryptocurrency is banned in India.
RBI also announced that the central bank authority will also come up with the new national cryptocurrency soon in addition to their fiat currency.
