Government: The system of government in Bangladesh is governed by the cabinet. Its name is 'Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh'. It is a democratic government. This government is elected by the people. The people obey all the rules and regulations of the government. Within a month of the beginning of the War of Liberation, on 10 April 1971, the first Provisional Government of Bangladesh was formed, known as the 'Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh' (Government of Mujibnagar).
sovereignty: The state of Bangladesh has sovereign power. With this power, the state stands above all individuals and institutions and controls all the people of the country and rules the country free from the control of other countries. That is why no other country can interfere in the internal affairs of Bangladesh. In the above discussion we have learned that Bangladesh has all the features of a state. It has huge population, definite territory, democratic government and sovereign power.
It is our duty to support the government in sustaining sustainable development.
