Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you a special illustration: it is an evolution of a dragon called Tiderox, a creature belonging to the fascinating universe of the Holozing game. In the Holozing lore, dragons occupy a mythical place. It is known that they will have multiple evolutions and that, generally speaking, they will be extremely rare beings, with a very low encounter rate. This makes them valuable and almost legendary entities within the game world.

To begin this drawing, I researched visual references of dragons with similar styles to the one I had in mind. In my creative process, I let myself be inspired by Milotic, a water-type Pokémon that stands out for its elegance and fluidity in design. I wanted to convey those qualities in Tiderox. I explored various images on Pinterest, looking for compositions that balanced the mystical with the aquatic. I finally found a visual reference that I loved, and decided to reinterpret it in my own style. The result is a version of Tiderox that combines, fluidity and a more stylized aquatic aesthetic.

¡Hola a todos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una ilustración especial: se trata de una evolución de un dragón llamado Tiderox, criatura perteneciente al fascinante universo del juego Holozing. En el lore de Holozing, los dragones ocupan un lugar mítico. Se sabe que tendrán múltiples evoluciones y que, en términos generales, serán seres sumamente raros, con una tasa de encuentro muy baja. Esto los convierte en entidades valiosas y casi legendarias dentro del mundo del juego.

Para comenzar este dibujo, investigué referencias visuales de dragones con estilos similares al que tenía en mente. En mi proceso creativo, me dejé inspirar por Milotic, un Pokémon tipo agua que destaca por su elegancia y fluidez en el diseño. Quería transmitir esas cualidades en Tiderox. Exploré diversas imágenes en Pinterest, buscando composiciones que equilibraran lo místico con lo acuático. Finalmente encontré una referencia visual que me encantó, y decidí reinterpretarla en mi propio estilo. El resultado es una versión de Tiderox que combina, fluidez y una estética acuática más estilizada.

Process

During the sketching phase, I focused on capturing the visual essence of the Pokémon Milotic, known for its serpentine elegance and aquatic harmony. I used a variety of strategic guide lines to build its basic structure and outline its style.

Once satisfied with the result, I proceeded to merge these distinctive features with the original Tiderox concept, achieving a transition between the two designs. The goal was to preserve Milotic's delicacy.

Durante la fase de boceto, me concentré en capturar la esencia visual del Pokémon Milotic, reconocido por su elegancia serpentina y armonía acuática. Utilicé una variedad de líneas guía estratégicas para construir su estructura básica y delinear su estilo.

Una vez satisfecho con el resultado, procedí a fusionar estos rasgos distintivos con el concepto original de Tiderox, logrando una transición entre ambos diseños. El objetivo era conservar la delicadeza de Milotic.
