That morning I woke up with a strange feeling.
My body felt different, alien.
I tried to get up, but my limbs didn't respond.
Instead, I began to crawl like a lizard on the ground.
I struggled out into the street, but the neighbour didn't even flinch at my new, terrifying appearance.
Then another neighbour came over and asked about me.
-Have you seen the teacher?
The woman answered disdainfully:
-He hasn't lived here for a while.
I looked at my anthropomorphic body in horror.
Was I no longer human?
A reptilian shudder ran through me as I shuffled my scales down the street, aimlessly.
