Palm Dates

My uncle brought those Palm Dates seeds from Dubai, UAE. I myself plant those amazing it grow what I didn't respect. It you feel very weak or there is lack of energy in the body then eat instant palm dates. Immediately there is no comparison of date of energy to body energy.Delicious date palms, dates are usually fruit of the desert and this is a very nutritious fruit. This fruit contains plenty of fiber, beneficial oils, calcium, sulfur, iron, potassium, phosphorus, copper and many other minerals and beneficial vitamins. After mixing the blood with the actual sugar in the fruit, it plays a significant role in removing mental fatigue. I have few Palm Dates but all in small pot I need to transfer in big pot very soon.
