Yeah, this guy is found in Popua New Guinea and is called The Vogelkop Superb Bird of Paradise. When he's not trying to attract a mate he looks like a regular Joe pretty much....kinda:
But when he sees a female he turns into a bizarre looking creature and dances around her until she gives in so I guess it's a very sexy look to the female. lol. This video shows the ritual:
