Well I'm thrilled that your husband...Eagle eyes right?...loves his job, that is so wonderful. It's just a matter of time before another great place shows up. OR that place may fall through.

Our place here..it fell through THREE times over a 1.5 year period! After the third time we started thinking God was saving it for us and by that time the price was in our range! So strange things can happen and deals fall through.

Thanks for the kind words. I haven't been as active on steemit as before, I've cut my time down but I'm still pretty active..at least for now. I don't know if I will stay that way though. Mrs. J is not thrilled. lol.
