Yeah, our agent is not experienced and it matters when dealing with these types of transactions. I agree. Hubby got the job he wanted locally so we are staying here in Iowa. He loves his job and that matters so much. We want a place in the country with some land so we can be self-sufficient. Been looking all year. Lots of big farms and towns. Property like this one are scarce.
