Howdy folks and greetings from the Great Plains of North Texas!
In yesterday's post I talked about another metal working sculptor named Brian Mock and showed some of his amazing artwork.
I'm sharing a few more of his sculptures today. The guy is incredible and can make anything. He's very open to suggestions and challenging sculpture ideas if you're interested in contacting him. His site is brianmock.com.
Besides all the animals, he also does humans, I think this one is very striking:
He builds lots of musical instruments:
Especially guitars
Big ones
Here's what Brian says about his work:
"My sculptures are made entirely from reclaimed items and materials (almost all metal but sometimes I’ll add bits of plastic for color).
I like that people interact with them, they have fun looking for objects they can identify. It started as a hobby, but as I got better at sculpting, I turned it into a full-time profession.” source
Many of his photos has himself or his dog in them to demonstrate size:
He has more sculptures of dogs than anything else.
But the human forms are also interesting:
I only saw one cat sculpture but it's amazing:
This one is in the miscellaneous catagory:
Here's some more animals:
This Paul Revere sculpture is ten feet tall:
I don't know about y'all but I think he's fantastic and I wish him much continued success.
I like to weld, I'm half tempted to start creating something.
Thanks for stopping by folks, God bless you all!

PS- Ok guys, I found another cool brain teaser that's pretty hard if you ask me.
In this image of stacks of cats with their tails in the air, there is a bunny who's ears look just like the tails so the bunny is really hard to find, at least the first time. See what you think:
Okay now for a break so the answer image isn't right below...did you see that the original Mustang from Steve McQueen's 1968 movie Bullitt just sold at auction for 3.4 million?
Yeah, a New Jersey family bought it in 1974 for $3,500 and the wife drove it back and forth to her school teaching job for 6 years until the clutch went out, then it sat in their garage all this time. Not a bad investment though!
Okay, here's the answer to the brain teaser:
Did anyone find it on their own?
