Got this idea while visiting and replying on timsaid. He has a logo that reminds me of a real estate state sign.
The name of his story was The Five Second Rule - about dropping something edible on the ground/floor and picking it up within five seconds for it to be safe to eat.
It reminded me of something that happened when my son was 5 years old. I gave him a sandwich for lunch. I left for a few minutes and then came back. His sandwich was all wet. "What happened to your sandwich?" I asked.
He said, "I dropped it so I washed it off."
That's what I do for things that I can. Kids do learn from watching what you are doing.
Here's to clean food.
