Hi, tengolotodo@tengolotodo

Yes, I know. My sister lived for a while in a London suburb, and she always told me how cold the UK is. I guess Scotland is much colder.

Although I live in the tropics, it's also true that the heat is tempered because my home is at an altitude of 1,500. The average annual temperature is between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius. Of course, between January and February, it reaches about 10 degrees Celsius, and I feel like my soul is freezing. Ha ha ha.

On the other hand, my hometown usually reaches 50 degrees Celsius this time of year. You can fry an egg on the hood of a car at midday. However, some people say that Maracaibo is a very cold city: Most homes have air conditioners running at full power year-round. So when the power goes out, tragedy strikes, and the heat hits even the most acclimatized.

Enjoy your fall and the picturesque flowers of this season. Here in the tropics, we don't have these beautiful seasonal panoramas.

Greetings, my friend.
