We went to the Farmers Market for breakfast and across from the parking garage was this lyrical graffiti. Meatloaf has been one of my favorite singers for years so this graffiti always catches my eye.
We did our shopping and ran into some friends who invited us over for dinner and games tonight. Oddly enough, dinner was smoked Meatloaf! And it was delicious. We brought dessert- we made the Pineapple Bread Pudding and some homemade vanilla whipped cream for topping it.
While waiting for the meatloaf to finish we had a Rogue Hazelnut Brown beer-
These are 5.6% alcohol and 33 IBU. Pretty good beer, quite full of flavor.
With Dinner I had one of @lordvdr's homebrew beers- the Eastern Brown Dragon is his Coconut Brown recipe with a bit of Chai Spice added for a deeper flavor. It has about a 4% alcohol content and is not hoppy or bitter in any way.
We played a new game called Fuse, it is about disarming bombs using dice rolls, it is supposed to be played quickly but since it was new, we took our time to figure it out. Then we headed home.
The cats are thrilled that we have settled down for the night. Harley claimed my lap and refused to move when Tiger tried to bully her off of it
I wound up some yarn with the hubby's help and am now planning out a string art project. I think it will turn out neat. Harley has been helping with the yarn this evening-
The yarn is named Tortoiseshell and is by Ancient Arts Fibres from Calgary, Canada. It is part of their Meow collection and a portion of the sales goes to charities for stray and abandoned cats.

Tomorrow we will be doing some scraping of paint from some trim and then repainting the area as well as a bit of yard cleanup.
Happy Caturday and Beersaturday!
