Well, yes & no; yes, it was an intended surprise, but no, I found out strictly by accident!
I had some warning only because our beloved had forgotten to snag the address somehow, oops! We've all been there and done it hahahaha!!!
But for someone in this situation, that they are supposed to be enjoying a vacation with family, it is a tremendous feeling to be remembered when one is not a member of the immediate family.
So, I knew about this coming in advance, which just added to the anticipation of receiving it. I didn't know what the surprise was, but it really didn't matter, I knew it'd be super cool!
So there is a card with a 3d finish, the front of the card looks like it's a foot deep and is heavy, and it's super cool to look at. There are fish all over it, and a couple of dolphins (I swear I didn't do it on porpoise hahahahaha!!!) but the only thing missing is her in the water, since I know she dives and also does underwater photography.
The magnet is about 5 inches long and is a pretty heavy duty magnet, and it now has it's home right under the clogs that she sent me.
There was a beautiful handwritten letter inside the card (snail mail is extremely rare nowadays, it's a sign of a real friend to actually write something and send it).
I put the card up on top of my main computer, but I cannot let my daughter see it because I took her card down to put this one up hahahaha!!!
So I added this magnet to my other little collection of precious items, the clogs that Britt sent me from the Netherlands, and the magnet, and they're both magnets, and that's a 5 lb/2.267962 kg solid machined steel paperweight that's holding that lamp so it doesn't fall over hahahaha.
The two rocks were sent to me by my youngest granddaughter Ariceli, along with a homemade necklace that is hanging on the other side of my monitor that says "OUY EVOL" hahahaha, her way is to write it backwards, I guess it's for fun and provides something you won't easily forget!!
Gotta love the grandchildren, they are super independent-minded!!!

隆Bueno, s铆 y no; s铆, fue una sorpresa intencionada, pero no, me enter茅 por pura casualidad!
Recib铆 una advertencia solo porque nuestro amado se hab铆a olvidado de obtener la direcci贸n de alguna manera, 隆ups! 隆Todos hemos estado all铆 y lo hemos hecho jajaja!
Pero para alguien en esta situaci贸n, que se supone que est谩 disfrutando de unas vacaciones con la familia, es un sentimiento tremendo ser recordado cuando no eres un miembro de la familia inmediata.
Entonces, sab铆a que esto vendr铆a de antemano, lo que se sum贸 a la anticipaci贸n de recibirlo. No sab铆a cu谩l era la sorpresa, pero en realidad no importaba, 隆sab铆a que ser铆a genial!
As铆 que hay una tarjeta con un acabado en 3D, el frente de la tarjeta parece tener un pie de profundidad y es pesado, y es genial a la vista. Hay peces por todas partes, y un par de delfines (juro que no lo hice en marsopa jajajajaja!!!) pero lo 煤nico que falta es ella en el agua, que s茅 que bucea y tambi茅n hace fotograf铆a submarina.
El im谩n mide aproximadamente 5 pulgadas de largo y es un im谩n bastante resistente, y ahora tiene su lugar justo debajo de los zuecos que me envi贸.
Hab铆a una hermosa carta escrita a mano dentro de la tarjeta (el correo postal es extremadamente raro hoy en d铆a, es una se帽al de que un verdadero amigo realmente escribe algo y lo env铆a).
Puse la tarjeta en la parte superior de mi computadora principal, pero no puedo dejar que mi hija la vea porque tom茅 su tarjeta para colocar esta jajajaja!!!
As铆 que agregu茅 esto a mi otra peque帽a colecci贸n de art铆culos preciosos, los zuecos que Britt me envi贸 desde los Pa铆ses Bajos, y el im谩n, y ambos son imanes, y ese es un pisapapeles de acero mecanizado s贸lido de 5 lb/2.267962 kg que es aguantando esa l谩mpara para que no se caiga jajajaja.
Las dos rocas me las envi贸 mi nieta menor Ariceli, junto con un collar hecho en casa que est谩 colgando del otro lado de mi monitor que dice "OUY EVOL" jajajaja, su manera es escribirlo al rev茅s, supongo que es para 隆隆diviertela y proporciona algo que no olvidar谩s f谩cilmente!!
隆Tengo que amar a los nietos, son s煤per independientes!
