Every day is a new day.
Running the "New Morning Run with Headspace" today through the NRC app. I forgot that it was Saturday today, meaning parents aren't busy preparing their children to go to school. Some parents are busy cleaning the front of their house, unfortunately for me some of the dust hit my face. It was unintentional though.
Another thing that I forgot is the squat jumps and the burpees I did yesterday afternoon. I had to slow down my pace by the 3km mark because my thighs got cramps.
This were all new experiences that I had with this run.
