Had to find my passport to see if i was really an Australian and not from greece or cypress. Apparently the bank has been having technology troubles for four days now ,and only mentioned it to its customers that have Facebook and Twitter so that left me in the dark as this is my only social media platform. So i was a bit confused to see zero balance in my account after i had been to the supermarket and am still confused in trying to get to the bottom of this monumental fuck up by the bank ,as they are unwilling to go into any real detail as to what happened other than its not a ddos attack. So from what i can understand my money is there in my account but i just cant see it lol now that i can see it i cant spend it because transactions are taking more than two hours to go through so you think you've paid a bill and its not showing up as your ballance is still the same so you pay it again and in two hours time you've paid it twice . So thanks westpac for fucking my weekend and not sending me an email or text to let me and your other customers no what the fuck is going on.
So the one thing im not confused about is come monday morning i like thousands of other customers will be finding a new bank .
