Hi i am Jay (aka Craig)
I am very proud Scotsman - Scottish born and bred, I am an Ex Royal Navy Commando Medic and Search and Rescue Medic as well as being a Sports Therapist . I am a I.E.D survior hence why I am now a ex commando medic and my motto on life now is - A good day is a day you wake up and since the IED my spelling can be s bit iffy so I apologise in advance
Just learning about how to use steemit just now and hope to do some podcasts and videos and who knows maybe some blogging in the future
