I decided to follow my whims.
It is nothing dramatic, or problematic. Just stepping, to find a rhythm, to match exactly how I personally feel I should flow.
Driving in the right hand lane, a car was sitting in my blindspot to my left.
I'm in a country that drives on the left-hand side.
What was the speed limit? 70kmph (43mph).
I suddenly felt that I wanted to be in the left hand lane.
I took my foot off the accelerator.
60kmph
50kmph
and still the other car remained in my blindspot to the left.
40, 30, 20. Now, I am almost stationary.
The car remained in my blindspot.
Did I break the matrix?
The car slowly moved to be ahead of me. But still driving cautiously slow.
I moved into the left lane behind the vehicle.
It appeared lost. Its programming confused.
I started to laugh.
I came to a roundabout. The car I needed to give-way to just stayed there, waiting.
I started to laugh, again.
It is meant to be peak hour, and yet, the roads are quiet.
Where is the rush? Where is the flurry of economic excitement?
Maybe, it is just maintenance mode.
