Do you want to join a Guild? Do you want to fight in Brawls?
The dimension of Guild participation, and fighting in a Brawl, provides an additional layer of depth to the Splinterlands experience.
If you are just playing Splinterlands, then that's good, BUT, being part of a Guild, is even gooder.
I'm not asking for more than you are willing to give.
Even by completing your quests, you are helping the Guild.
I don't expect any major DEC investment. All I need you to be is a reasonably active member; do your daily quests and participate in the Brawls.
JOIN > > > > GREAT AUSTRALIAN GUILD
I originally allowed anybody to join, free from any effort on their part.
However, by not having an INVITE or REQUEST to join button to press, it attracted two types of members.
First type, those who came in, added nothing, then left. They had no respect for the Guild mainly because, I realised, that I didn't have any form of, "Barrier to Entry", to appreciate becoming a Member.
Secondly, others who came in, seemed more like a bot, they didn't own any cards.
I couldn't see where that person (or non person) would even help with building up the Guild.
We have participated in only one Brawl so far.
The outcome was not super high on the ladder.
The fact that we participated makes me happy.
I feel a bit of excitement to add more members to the Guild. In this way, we can scrimmage a bit more, and hopefully, rise in the ranking results.
The rewards of "Crowns" & "Merits" are another exciting anticipation.
Crowns help to improve the Guild, whereas, Merits can be used in the exclusive Guild Store.
The only way to progress the Guild is to add members. This is my motivating factor.
Curious?
Then come on over.
The Great Koala bids you well. Or, maybe, he just doesn't give a shit.
