employee retention basic need

continuing my previous topic on employee retention , I have come with next article about the employee retention is the basic need of any employer.
why it is basic need?
we will be happy to see the answer and your views about this question so as to move further,

as per our views this is basic need because of the following reasons

1. time : time is the main constraint which forces us to retain the good employees because to get the good employee we have to pass through following stages
   a) searching such employees
   b) hiring such employee
   c) training these employees
   d) polishing the experienced and trained employees
   e) managing the cost to such employees which is of course on the higher side than others.

if he /she leaves us then also the same process we have to follow and every time an employee we have to use our precious time on such activities. which is a big loss. as TIME IS MONEY even we should say it is BIGGER THAN MONEY.
AS we can earn money if we have time but we can not earn time if we have money.
