I almost never take any NSAIDs, whether aspirin, Advil, Tylenol, or anything else. I took it this time because it's the only thing that helped, and I kept my dosage below the bottle recommendations.

I have been ensuring I keep testing range of movement and not letting it just sit idle. I am accustomed to spending time barefoot and active, so I have some pre-injury resilience built in.
