The heliocentric spherical earth model explains seasons, the different constellations seen in the north and south hemispheres, eclipses, the motion of the planets observed in the sky, the horizon, and innumerable observations made throughout history. While it is true that heat demagnetizes iron, you are ignoring the factors of pressure and rotation in your dismissal, and further assuming that the question of the composition of the Earth can be used to disregard the shape of the Earth. One poorly-described peculiarity in the geology of one borehole to a very shallow depth in the grand scheme of things doesn't prove anything, either. Apparently heat and pressure at that depth combined with porosity saturated by water resulted in plastic deformation of the rock.

There is no reason to say G should be identical across the entire planet. It isn't a perfect sphere, density isn't homogeneous, and instruments or measurement processes can be imperfect. However, the fact that rainfall can alter gravity readings does not seem to be the dealbreaker you claim, but rather evidence of mass and gravity being intertwined in a way physicists can use for predictable calculations.

As I said before, I am willing to question evolutionary biology, I just don't want to see bad arguments through mischaracterization.

The civil war was the result of complex issues driven by many factors, and there were slave states and portions of slave states that remained in the Union, but slavery was the lynchpin connecting the political classes of the secessionist confederacy. And yes, conscription is also slavery, making Lincoln's later claims of abolitionist sympathy into rank hypocrisy. Condemning the Confederacy does not require embracing Lincoln.

The education system is built on the Prussian model of indoctrination. This doesn't prove that everything taught is a lie, though it does require much more careful examination of everything from history to the story problems in mathematics.
