This week's edition of Mindful Monday is a pretty special one. It represents the culmination of so many manifestations and shifts in my programming, demonstrating just how powerful sound therapy is.

I had to let go of multiple obsolete versions of myself for this video to not only exist, but also for it to be posted as a part of this series. The Jackie of even a few months ago would have had so many reservations about letting someone in to her world this much and would be so afraid of countless possible future scenarios that might make this posting a "mistake". .
.
I don't believe in mistakes anymore. Just like I no longer believe in coincidences. I have learned to listen to how my body feels in the present moment and have been rewarded with a true partner, a playmate and more love than I know what to do with. This original piece is just the beginning, just the first taste of what we will create together. .
.
I have consciously shifted my focus to all of the possible futures that excite me instead of the ones that scare me, and that has allowed me to surrender to the joy, flow and love I always knew deep down had to exist. .
.
