It turned out really good... the taste is almost kayak fries ala KFC.

POTATO CHEESE 🍟

Material :
500 gr potatoes peeled, steamed and mashed
150 gr cornstarch
50 gr cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper finely
1/2 tsp broth powder
1 stem celery leaves, finely sliced

How to make :

1. Mix all ingredients, mix well and knead until the dough is compressible in the form.
2. Here I stick, take a bit of dough.. roll the rada tebelan and potong2 dng knife dng the size of the same.
3. Fry with low heat until golden yellow, remove and drain.
   Ready at present.
