The Exhibit is ✏️Drawing Near

I just took some photos of my artwork. I am just very happy I made it.

Oil pastels: Ugnayan Art Exhibit, Mindanao, Davao, Philippines

The size is about 18" x 36". I made the artwork smaller so with the frame and the matting, they'll add to the length and width.

The best part of this Artwork is that it's easy and fast to make using oil pastels.

I tried my best to achieve a realistic effect to the skin and flowers. This is the first time I am creating a human face so perhaps next time I can make a more realistic piece of art.

Also the glass' glare makes the arts texture less visible. In person it looks okay 🙊🌸✨

Mindanao is Rich in Culture
The colorful and beaded outfits and many flower and animal species endemic to the island makes it even more interesting.
