Work in Progress Pictures
The important part of the criteria is the work in progress shots. So, here they are.
The three steps I did were:
(1) sketch
(2) Color with brushpens and ink it
(3) Sign my name

Coloring and inking
There's violet ink on the eyes, including orange, pink, red brush pen color
The roses are brush pen pink and inked with red
The hat I colored gold and the penguins are simply black ink with Gold and orange ink for the penguin beaks
I also colored the shirt and the shine of the eyes with white signo uni ballpen then I colored the skirt with rough red strokes leaving in some white.
Then I drew the balloon using blue, Dark blue, black and signo white pens
Lastly, I put my name
