to get your sensor back online just follow the step-by-step

step 1

remove the battery for the second and then put in back in.follow the guide on how to make out the battery from your motion sensor here for windows doors sensor here

step 2

Wait for 5 minutes and then refresh your hive app. You should now see the sensor is controlled.

step 3

No unlock?if you sensor is still offline then please try again from step 1 but when you replace the battery make sure you are standing close to your hype hive hub

step 4

Sensor steel offline?try searching the battery as it may not run out.
