The 20's are years that either make you or break you as a man. At this point you are working towards jumping from school to a means of stable income that would turn out to be the foundation of your latter days.
Anxiety and depression are the order of the day because your family is looking up to you to become someone and society is trying its best to choke you out of options of what to venture into. Everything you try to put your hands on seems to fall apart, you're transitioning from a boy to a man and it's proving harder by the day coz whilst you undergo your change, your friends haven't yet gotten the revelation so they cling on to your old habits, but you know you can't continue such a life, you know you won't be able to achieve your goals if you keep certain friendships. So you cut them off. Next thing they call you names and tell you you've changed, this can either make you fall back but if you truly believe in yourself and your process, you'd have to stand your ground.
And that's what I believe is the most important thing at this stage, standing your ground and rooting yourself. There's no time to keep moving from one thing to the other, being made to do certain things because of external pressure, we left that at the peer pressure phase of adolescence.
In our twenties you either stand for something or fall for anything, I wish you all the strength Young King!
