Exams to me are not really a test of knowledge for the student but a means to test how well the teacher has done in his or her work. We thought the exams were for students but the real sense of it is that the teacher only sets exams to test and know how far his or her input is in the life of people learning under him or her. So the output of the student in answering the questions tells the level of work the teacher does to ensure he or she passes the right information to the students.
Unfortunately we leave school just to come to the real thing outside the walls where the true knowledge is being tested.
