I read somewhere that it’s a monsoon break, hence the sunny weather. The temperature is quite high too, but I’m not complaining. We need this weather so everything can dry out. The ground is already saturated due to more than a month of continuous rain.
I hope it isn’t just a brief monsoon break; we would love to have sunshine from now on, with only occasional rains. We’re finally able to go out as well. I’m planning to get my national ID, but the road to the office is still flooded. Our only choice is to wait for the flood to fully subside.
