Seeing the news is heartbreaking. Another shooting incident happened at a school, killing one innocent student, followed by the young assailant who took his own life. Two security guards were also reported killed, and there are several injuries as well. The other students are also suffering from trauma. It's so sad what's happening to young people today. There are reports that the young shooter was groomed online to carry out the act. The saddest part is that the guns used belonged to his father, who is being investigated as well. Of course, he's accountable for not hiding the weapons from children and failing to monitor his son's online activities.
Rainy days persist today, with occasional downpours throughout the day. As expected, the water leaks inside the house have not improved. I'm hoping to go downstairs in the morning to find the floors completely dry. We're just thankful for the water pumps, which have been in service for more than two weeks already.
