I apologize for having had you all forgotten for a whole week, I've had a lot of evaluations at the university plus the work of teaching music classes and I haven't even had time to breathe, and there are two more weeks like this coming 😪. Although it won't be long until the end of the mini semester. The good part is that while I had some free time and I took the opportunity to knit Mr. Michi. This "Mr. Michi" was born because as you already know I am a cat lover and I felt that I needed a companion on my study table, and since I had a lot of yellow yarn, I wanted to use it.🐱

Me disculpo por haberlos tenido olvidados por toda una semana, es que he tenido muchas evaluaciones en la universidad más el trabajo de dar clases de música y no me ha quedado tiempo ni para respirar, y se vienen dos semanas más así 😪. Aunque ya falta poco para que termine el mini semestre. La parte buena es que mientras tenía un poco de tiempo libre y aproveché de tejer al señor Michi. Este "Señor Michi" nació porque como ustedes ya saben soy amante de los gatos y pues en mi mesa de estudios sentía que necesitaba un acompañante, y como tenía mucho hilo de ese color amarillo del cual ven, pues quise usarlo.🐱

Al tener el cuerpo listo, empecé con la cabeza. Hice aumentos, repetí vueltas de puntos bajos, y luego disminuciones, no cerré la cabeza, le dejé 24 puntos para poder coserlo al cuerpo. Le coloqué sus ojitos y lo rellené bien.

After that I made the arms. I just made a magic ring of 6 single crochet stitches, one round of increases, and made 33 rounds of just single crochet stitches. I filled them in and joined them with 6 single crochet stitches and then sewed them to the body.

Después de eso hice los brazos. Solo hice un anillo mágico de 6 puntos bajos, una vuelta de aumentos, e hice 33 vueltas de solo puntos bajos. Los rellené y uní con 6 puntos bajos para luego coserlos al cuerpo.

After I had all the parts, I sewed them together to the body, forming a single piece. Then I embroidered her eyebrows and nose. And finally I painted with the textile paint the ears and made some blushing cheeks.

Después de tener todas las partes, las uní cosiéndolas al cuerpo, formando una sola pieza. Luego le bordé sus cejas y nariz. Y por último pinté con la pintura textil las orejas y le hice unas mejillas sonrojadas.

I put a piece of felt in the background in a different color than the wall, because the walls of my house are white and when I took the pictures the michi was not very noticeable.🐱

Y listo, así quedó el Señor Michi, le puse en el fondo un trozo de fieltro de otro color al de la pared, porque las paredes de mi casa son blancas y al tomarle las fotos no se notaba bien el michi.🐱

I went out to see the clouds with Mr. Michi, they liked the clouds so much that he asked me to take some selfies, because according to him it looked beautiful, and the truth is that he was right. I loved giving life to this amigurumi, I am very happy with the result. It took me some time to make it, but it was totally worth it, now I have a cute study partner. And did you like it?🐱

Salí a ver las nubes con el señor Michi, les gustaron muchos las nubes que me pidió que le sacara unas selfis, porque según él se veía hermoso, y la verdad es que sí tenía razón. Me encantó darle vida a este amigurumi, me siento muy feliz con el resultado del mismo. Me tomó tiempo hacerlo, pero valió totalmente la pena, ahora tengo un lindo compañero de estudios. ¿Y a tí te gustó?🐱
