[ENG-SPA] F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin

Hello, welcome. I am excited to make my first post in this #HiveGaming community, today I will talk about the game "F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin", this game I played two weeks ago on my brother's computer. When my brother and I were younger, he would play this game while I watched, he has always been very skilled at playing video games. And recently he bought a new computer and I saw that he had downloaded this game and well I decided to talk about it today. ⚠️ I'm warning you that this post contains spoilers for the game in case you're interested in playing it ⚠️.

Hola, bienvenidos. Estoy entusiasmada de hacer mi primera publicación en esta comunidad #HiveGaming, hoy hablaré sobre el juego "F.E.A.R. 2: Proyecto Origen", este juego lo jugué hace dos semanas en la computadora de mi hermano. Cuando mi hermano y yo éramos más jóvenes, él jugaba este juego mientras yo observaba, él siempre ha sido muy hábil al jugar videojuegos. Y hace poco se compró una nueva computadora y vi que él había descargado este juego y pues decidí hablar sobre el día de hoy. ⚠️Doy a aviso que este post contiene spoiler del juego por si te interesa jugarlo⚠️.

F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin is the second game of the horror hit "F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon", developed by Monolith Productions. It is a first-person action game with horror undertones. This game puts us in the shoes of Michael Becket, a Delta Force soldier sent with his team to capture a very influential executive for being linked to the events that occurred in the first game. As we go through the story we notice that the protagonist begins to have more and more frequent visions provoked by an entity called Alma Wade. Our protagonist begins his story in the apartments where the executive lives, which are crowded with people from the security of Armacham which is the company for which he works.

F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin es el segundo juego del éxito de terror "F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon", desarrollado por Monolith Productions. Es un juego de Acción en primera persona con tildes de terror. Este juego nos pone en la piel de Michael Becket, un soldado de la Delta Force enviado con su equipo a capturar a una ejecutiva muy influyente por ser vinculada con los sucesos ocurridos en el primer juego. A medida que transcurrimos en la historia notamos que el protagonista comienza a tener visiones cada vez más frecuentes provocadas por una entidad llamada Alma Wade. Nuestro protagonista inicia su historia en los departamentos donde vive la ejecutiva, el cual está atestado de gente de la seguridad de Armacham la cual es la empresa para la que trabaja.

Together with our team, we make our way through the complexes until we reach his apartment while strange (Paranormal) things happen around us. It is in the apartment where a bomb destroys the entire city, leaving all our team and our protagonist unconscious. When we wake up we are inside a kind of medical center in which we try to escape, Armacham's men enter it to finish their work while we regroup our team and try to escape.

Junto con nuestro equipo nos abrimos paso por los complejos hasta llegar a su departamento mientras cosas extrañas (Paranormales) suceden a nuestro alrededor. Es en el departamento donde una bomba destroza toda la ciudad, dejando a todo nuestro equipo y a nuestro protagonista inconscientes. Al despertar estamos dentro de una especie de centro médico en el cual tratamos de escapar, los hombres de Armacham entran a este para acabar con su trabajo mientras nosotros reagrupamos a nuestro equipo y tratamos de escapar.

Having more information and with the unforeseen help of an informant who sneaks into the radio and calls himself "Snake Fish" we go to an elementary school, where we are attacked by an unknown elite force, which tries to thwart our progress. In this laboratory, we become aware of all the horrors and experiments that take place there, such as creating telekinetic commanders capable of leading armies with their minds, aberrations, and mutants. We are also introduced to "The Replicants" who are nothing more than an elite force of soldiers trained to receive orders by mind control, but only that, without emotions and thoughts.

Teniendo más información y con la ayuda imprevista de un informante que se cuela a la radio que se hace llamar “Snake Fish” vamos a una escuela primaria, en la cual somos atacados por una fuerza de elite desconocida, las cuales intentan frustrar nuestro avance. En este laboratorio nos damos cuenta de todos los horrores y experimentos que ahí se desarrollan, como crear comandantes telequinéticos capaces de dirigir ejércitos con la mente, aberraciones y mutantes. Así como también se nos da a conocer a “Los Replicantes” que no son más que una fuerza elite de soldados adiestrados para recibir órdenes por control mental, pero solamente eso, sin emociones y pensamientos.

Inside the infirmary of this complex, we discover that the school is nothing more than a cover for a top-secret laboratory, which was experimenting on the children and young people of the institution. With this in mind, we continue our mission to locate the woman we are looking for. We also learn about the "Origin" project (the one from the first game) which was the experiment that turned Alma Wade into what she is after medicating her, taking away her 2 babies, and locking her abandoned in a laboratory chamber to die.

Dentro de la enfermería de este complejo descubrimos que la escuela no es más que una tapadera para un laboratorio ultrasecreto, el cual experimentaba con los niños y jóvenes de la institución. Al tener en cuenta esto continua nuestra misión de ubicar a la mujer que buscamos. También conocemos el proyecto “Origin” (El del primer juego) en el cual fue el experimento que convirtió a Alma Wade en lo que es después de medicarla, quitarles a sus 2 bebés y encerrarla abandonada en la cámara de un laboratorio para que muriera.

We find Snake Fish who asks us to eliminate Alma with an amplifier, which is a chamber located on an island outside the city of the sinister. We agree to go, but once there we find the woman we were looking for, who tries to trap us and Alma in the amplifier, as it is known that Becket is like a bait to lure her. Once there, Alma eliminates the woman and subjects Becket to a hallucination while he is violated, thus becoming pregnant for the third time.

Encontramos a Snake Fish el cual nos solicita eliminar a Alma con un amplificador, el cual es una cámara ubicada en una isla fuera de la ciudad del siniestro. Accedemos a ir, pero una vez allá nos encontramos con la mujer que buscábamos, quien intenta atraparnos junto a Alma en el amplificador, ya que se conoce que Becket es como un cebo para atraerla. Una vez ahí, Alma elimina a la mujer y somete a Becket a una alucinación mientras este es vulnerado, así quedando embarazada por tercera vez.
