In December last year, my brother came from Colombia and brought me these yarns, they are 100% acrylic yarns, I had never used these yarns so I was researching what I could do with them and I discovered that I could make hats, gloves, and any other garment. So I was encouraged to make the hat and more because I needed one, in the afternoons there is a lot of sun while I go to work.

En diciembre del a帽o pasado mi hermano vino de Colombia y me trajo estos hilos, son hilos 100% acr铆licos, nunca hab铆a usado estos hilos as铆 que estuve investigando que pod铆a hacer con ellos y descubr铆 que pod铆a hacer gorros, guantes y cualquier otra prenda. As铆 que me anim茅 a hacer el gorro y m谩s porque necesitaba uno, en las tardes hay mucho sol mientras voy a trabajar.
Materials used/Materiales que us茅:
- 100% acrylic crochet thread: pastel pink (50grs) and white (10grs approximately).
- Crochet needle #3.
- A flower I already had made.
- Hilo de crochet 100% acr铆lico: rosado pastel (50grs) y blanco (10grs aproximadamente).
- Aguja de crochet #3.
- Una flor que ya ten铆a hecha.
Process/Proceso:
- Rnd 1: I started with 12 high stitches in a magic ring.
- Rnd 2: (1 high stitch, 1 increase (2 high stitches in one stitch)) for the entire round.
- Rnd 3: (2 high stitches, 1 increase (2 high stitches in a single stitch)) for the entire round.
- Rnd 4: (3 high stitch, 1 raise (2 high stitches in a single stitch)) for the entire round.
- Rnd 1: Comenc茅 con 12 puntos altos en un anillo m谩gico.
- Rnd 2: (1 punto alto, 1 aumento (2 puntos altos en un solo punto)) por toda la ronda.
- Rnd 3: (2 puntos altos, 1 aumento (2 puntos altos en un solo punto)) por toda la ronda.
- Rnd 4: (3 puntos altos, 1 aumento (2 puntos altos en un solo punto)) por toda la ronda.
- Rnd 5: (4 high stitch, 1 increase (2 high stitches in a single stitch)) for the entire round.
- Rnd 6: (5 high stitch, 1 increase (2 high stitches in a single stitch)) for the entire round.
- Rnd 7: (6 high stitch, 1 increase (2 high stitches in a single stitch)) for the entire round.
- Rnd 8-14: 1 high stitch in each stitch.
- Rnd 5: (4 puntos altos, 1 aumento (2 puntos altos en un solo punto)) por toda la ronda.

Changed to white yarn.
- Rnd 22-25: 1 increase (2 high stitches) of high stitches in each stitch.
- Rnd 15-20: 1 punto alto en cada punto.
- Rnd 21: 1 aumento (2 puntos altos) de puntos altos en cada punto.
Cambi茅 a hilo blanco.
- Rnd 22-25: 1 aumento (2 puntos altos) de puntos altos en cada punto.
I closed the work with a satin stitch, hid the excess yarns. I took the flower and sewed it in the center of the hat.
Cerr茅 la labor con un punto raso, escond铆 las hebras sobrantes. Tom茅 la flor y la cos铆 en el centro del gorro.
And that's it, that's how my hat turned out. I loved the result, I loved the soft colors. It was "aesthetic" as they say haha. I really liked the softness of the yarn, the hat was very comfortable.馃挄
