Travel day! woke up super early in our hotel room on Lombok. It rained crazy that night. We have been wondering if we will catch our flight to Jogjakarta in time. But it worked out. We arrived at the airport in time. dropped our luggage and had a couple of minutes at the gate. boarding the plane. looking out of the plane window we have been surprised with an amazing rising sun. it was really stunning how the sun painted everything in a warm red color. the journey was comfy and we arrived at the airport in Jogjakarta. Negotiated a price with the taxi driver. This is where the new adventure started. A new city. we have been excited!
