I was looking at this opening between the mountain and it got me thinking that a house that floor is between these two and to build upwards from it would be very cool. I still don't have a very clear plan of how it's gonna turn out, but we'll figure it out as it goes.
Some quick work in the small garden we have. I need that bread. Must eat ;)
It's looking pretty good for now. After another harvest I'll have enough seeds and every space should be fully planted.
I looked at the side of this cliff and decided to make a staircase that's gonna lead to the behind of the base and to the entrance of my future house.
After extending it a bit with dirt, I added some cobblestone staircases to make it easier to travel up.

After working at the staircase I thought it's gonna be cool to make a path that leads to various "structures". I used tilling with my shovel as well as mixing in some cobblestone and gravel to give it a bit more natural look. I think it turned out great.
This is where the end of the staircase leads to. In the distance it's gonna be an animal farm that I'm gonna build in the future.
And this is left from the end of the path and behind the mountain that's in front of the current base. This is gonna lead to the entrance of the house.
After getting this stuff done, I noticed that my trees have fully grown and decided to cut them down. You can never have too many apples and wood ;)
Of course re-planting is a necessity afterwards.
And this is how the base looks as of now. I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out. Night time has fallen and it's time to end it here.
