There is something wrong with the world, you, me, them. A root of all evil, a common thread that links all the problems of the world together to be understood and solved by you. Let's begin!
You wake up in the morning. You go to work. You talk with people. You watch tv, news. You see the world crack around us and you think that every problem is unrelated, floating by its own.
Every language has a word for the connection, every religion a punishment. It is not what is obvious that's the problem, it is the thing that lurks in the shadows.
Something all humans are capable of, every interaction can devolve into, every government uses it as their main tool. What could be the thing that links a parent spanking his child for his own good and some bureaucrat stealing your money for the greater good?
Well, obviously, violence. Violence is at the root of all problems. The tricky part is to make a distinction. Violence in self-defense and initiating violence. Always violence is done under the cover of self-defence. Think of the state. You must pay taxes to help the poor(we must force you to pay because the poor will die if we don't do that. Self-defence on their behalf) We attack another country with a reason, they develop weapons of mass destruction, we must kill them because we are defending against them.
90%+ percent of individual violence is done by someone that thinks he/she reacts in self-defense. What does a bully say? Why are you looking at me in this way? Boom!
No one will admit(psychopaths excluded) that they initiate violence. Here lies the problem of the world.
How do we create a system that distinguishes between good violence and the bad violence?
