sunday!
spent on food; yes, let us eat for today.
it was still raining anyway, the pesky typhoon is still not dissolved.
shabu shabu for lunch
we decided to head to the closer station of kita-senju for lunch; not by foot this time, this rain just won't stop.
the typhoon is still here to stay, an overstay even if i could say.
shabu-shabu was the chosen food this time.
it is food made by boiling meat and vegetables on flavored soup; just like a hot pot where you do not drink the soup.
you cook it yourself, an all you can eat lunch for 90 mins.
you get the flavors from the dipping sauce, and this specific shop had lots of it available.
they also had potato salad, curry, cotton candy, waffle, and soft ice.
i may have eaten more than the usual, it was quite hard walking after the meal.
rain poured harder the moment we went out.
the earlier drizzles have fully matured this time.
good thing this station had some underground tunnel which directly connects the east from the west exit.
the search for chocolates
i have initially planned to buy some chocolates in the wholesale shop i checked before.
i checked their website this time, and they do not cater to individual customers.
rather, they only accept those with organizations or businesses of their own: a wholesaler indeed.
i went to this new shop here in kita-senju instead, they had all bunch of chocolates in there as well.
but some of the things i was searching for were not there.
so that night, i decided to go to the ameyoko shopping street.
night shopping
it was still raining even at this time.
despite that, the shopping street was still crowded as always.
i bought more stuff in there, i guess these are enough for my upcoming philippine vacation.
if marie antoinette feeds people with cake, i will feed my folks with chocolates.
it was so tempting to have dinner in these small shops after my chocolate shopping.
but then, i was still full from the earlier lunch food.
and reflecting on how much i have spent on these souvenirs, i guess i will have to go on a diet.
night adventure
i went home eventually and explored the world of teyvat in genshin impact.
at least this exploration does not involve money.
time is the only currency i pay in this game.
and the time has never been this good for exploration, a new map was just released.
more lands to explore and more puzzles to solve.
plus, i get to control these dinosaur-like creatures in thsi new region.
the hpud experience
i got annoyed at some enemy in the game that i decided to stop early dawn of september 1st.
a new month has just started and that means hive power up day.
i get to power up again.
the goal this time was just to increase my hp, i just want to be able to share more when i curate on entries.
i just want to give more appreciation to the people whom i enjoy reading contents from.
this is but a simple dream from a simple me.
