**Potato cilor is a fairly popular snack in Indonesia. Cilor is an abbreviation for "tepung aci (tapioca) with eggs," a mixture of tapioca flour and mashed potatoes that is boiled into round shapes resembling meatballs and then fried with eggs.**

Ingredients

150 grams of potatoes 3 tablespoons of potato starch ¼ teaspoon of salt ¼ teaspoon of bouillon powder 1 clove of garlic Water as needed

Cooking Procedure

Mash the garlic and salt by hand.

Add ground pepper if you want it spicy, and also add bouillon powder, stirring until well combined. Don’t forget to add flour.

Shape the dough into balls until finished, then boil them briefly in boiling water. Remove and drain.

Then crack 1 egg, dip the boiled dough balls in it, and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Look how beautiful it turned out! I intentionally skewered them on satay sticks to make them easier to handle and more appealing when served. This snack is absolutely fantastic with an incredible flavor; in my opinion, this potato cilor is incredibly delicious.

The combination of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors blends perfectly in the cilor dough, which is shaped into balls that aren’t hard at all—the texture is incredibly soft. I really love it.
